These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and g222 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the g222 website at https://g222.vu and all associated services, including sports betting, online casino games, live casino, and any promotional or bonus programmes offered by g222. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the g222 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the g222 platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our support team. These Terms apply equally to all users of the platform regardless of their country of residence, though players are additionally responsible for ensuring that online betting is lawful in their own jurisdiction before registering. g222 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By placing a bet, you accept the rules of the game or market as displayed on the platform at the time of placing the bet. The following general rules apply across all product types:

• Bets are final once confirmed. g222 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in the specific circumstances outlined in individual game rules (for example, where a sports event is postponed or cancelled before the scheduled start time).
• In the event of a technical fault, system error, or disconnection during a live casino game or sports bet, g222 will endeavour to settle the bet based on the last confirmed game state or odds prior to the fault. • g222 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a pricing error, data feed error, or obvious mistake in the odds offered. A pricing error is defined as odds that are materially different from the true market price at the time the bet was placed due to a technical or human error.
• The use of any form of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or mechanical systems to place bets on the g222 platform is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be using such systems will be closed immediately and all associated balances forfeited.

g222's decisions on all bet settlement matters, including the interpretation of game rules in edge cases, are final and binding. If you disagree with a settlement decision, you may raise a dispute via our support team, but the Platform's final decision is conclusive. g222 processes settlements using official data sources and certified game results from its licensed game providers.

g222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of these Terms or any specific product or promotion rules applicable to your account.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or any other criminal activity in connection with your account.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe requested by g222.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 1 of these Terms, including underage registration.

Where an account is closed by g222 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request without any breach, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, g222 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the g222 platform or any of its services. Without limiting the foregoing, g222 specifically excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or revenue resulting from platform downtime, technical faults, or game errors, except where such losses are directly caused by g222's own gross negligence.
• Any losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure or from unauthorised access to your account by a third party.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional descriptions, where such information was subject to a technical error that g222 has since corrected.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit g222's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. g222's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your g222 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

g222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, g222 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will post the updated Terms on the platform with the effective date clearly indicated. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically and to remain aware of any changes.

Your continued use of the g222 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting our support team. g222 will always maintain an archive of previous versions of these Terms, which may be requested from our support team.
